Take Initiative
Be a Campus Entrepreneur
The Campus Entrepreneurs Initiative aims to dramatically increase the reach of Jewish life on campus through employing 12 student-interns per campus with broad social networks to build relationships with Jewish students.
The Campus Entrepreneurs Initiative is open to undergraduate students enrolled in select universities across North America.
Candidates must embody an entrepreneurial spirit, acting boldly in the face of convention and resource limitations to deliver real social value. They must be committed to creativity, innovation and high-performance.
Apply for a Grant
Outstanding Student Initiative grants are no longer available because all funds have been committed for this year.
If you have questions, please contact Jon Weiner (jweiner@hillel.org)
Outstanding Student Initiatives grants are awarded for amounts from $1,500 to $7,500. They are provided for students who create an innovative, interactive, and experiential approach to demonstrating the relevance of Jewish values. The grants are for initiatives, campaigns, or projects that advance Jewish values, reach a considerable number of students, have a significant follow-through component, and significantly impact campus culture.
These grants are designed to fund first-time, start-up, and particularly unique Jewish offerings targeted at involving as many students as possible. Repeat projects that have been changed, improved, or re-designed are not prioritized for Outstanding Student Initiatives Grants.
